Customize it with your own paint color choices and mini accessories from your collection! (accessories shown in photos are not included in this kit). THIS KIT IS 1:24 SCALE!! This is a miniature dollhouse kit which, means it comes disassembled. This is also a preorder which means I will laser cut your kit after I receive your order. Because of this please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item is shipped. Pipes for the sink are made from wire and will require wire cutting tools to complete!

Included in the kit: 2 double thick card stock sheets with laser cut pieces, 2 decorative toothpicks, 1 cotton round, 1 paper clip, 1 piece of 14 gauge wire, 1 wire bending jig and 1 instruction sheet

Not included in the Kit (but suggested for construction): PVA Glue, Super Glue Gel, sandpaper, craft knife with blade, wire cutters, acrylic paints and tweezers.
