This is a 1:24 scale Gingerbread House KIT made from cardboard and chipboard. Easy to construct, this room box has unique features ready for a miniature artist or Gingerbread Enthusiast to bring to life. This house design was made specifically to duplicate the look of a whimsical multi-level gingerbread house and therefore DOES NOT include things like stairs and doors. However, they could be easily made by you and added to turn this into a 1:24 scale home instead of a Gingerbread house.

This is a miniature dollhouse kit which, means it comes disassembled. This is also a preorder which means I will laser cut your kit after I receive your order. Because of this please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item is shipped. This kit is made from cardboard so is not suitable for any situations that would include a lot of moisture (such as use outside or excessive coats of paint). DO NOT USE REAL ICING ON THIS KIT!!! Icing and plastic candies are NOT included.
