This is the Charles Desk HALF SCALE VERSION of this kit. It comes with the desk (with non-working drawers), the desk hutch which assembles separately and a desk chair. This kit is 1:24 which is smaller than the usual dollhouse scale.

This is a miniature dollhouse kit which, means it comes disassembled. This is also a preorder which means I will laser cut your kit after I receive your order. Because of this please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item is shipped. Hinges for lower storage area are made of paper and not intended for high volume use.

Assembled Desk with Hutch Dimensions: 2.75” Tall x 2.25” Wide x 1.25” Deep

Assembled Chair Dimensions: 1.75” Tall x .75” Wide x .75” Deep (.75” to the top of bench seat)

Included in the kit: 3 cardstock sheets with laser cut pieces, 1 cotton swab, 1 pin, 1 paper clip and 1 instruction sheet

Not included in the Kit (but suggested for construction): PVA Glue, craft knife with blade, small clamps, wire cutters, acrylic paints and tweezers.
