This is a 1:48 scale Boat House KIT, made from matboard. Easy to construct, this room box has unique features ready for a miniature artist to bring to life. This Boat House was designed by Sabaku No Shi and a portion of each sale of this kit goes back to the designer.

This is a miniature dollhouse kit which, means it comes disassembled. This is also a preorder which means I will laser cut your kit after I receive your order. Because of this please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item is shipped. This kit is made from matboard so is not suitable for any situations that would include a lot of moisture (such as use outside or excessive coats of paint). The items/figures used to show scale in the photos are not included in this listing.
