This is a 1:24 scale room box KIT made from matboard and chipboard. Easy to construct, this room box has unique features ready for a miniature artist to bring to life. Please note that this space is meant to mimic an attic space that is cramped and meant for storage. Because of this, there are a few spaces where a 1:24 Scale figure will not be able to stand up.

This is a miniature dollhouse kit which, means it comes disassembled. This is also a preorder which means I will laser cut your kit after I receive your order. Because of this please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item is shipped. This kit is made from cardboard so is not suitable for any situations that would include a lot of moisture (such as use outside or excessive coats of paint).
